About the role#
This Pharmacy Intern position offers practical experience in a community pharmacy setting. You will work in a retail environment designed to enhance your academic training and prepare you for a career as a pharmacist. You will gain exposure to the expanding roles of community pharmacists while working under the guidance of a local Associate-Owner.
What you'll do#
- Greet all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Manage customer confidentiality and consent.
- Ensure all privacy requirements are met.
- Maintain a clear and professional presence for the public.
- Develop skills in patient counseling, disease state management, and drug therapy.
- Learn to manage retail pharmacy operations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a student on the path to becoming a pharmacist.
- You have an interest in providing a high-quality shopping experience for pharmacy customers.

- Compensation: $35.00 to $48.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
