About the role#
The ETP Intern for Human Resources Data and Analytics at Regions Bank is a 10-week summer program. You will work within the Human Resources Data and Analytics department while gaining exposure to the broader organization. This role provides an opportunity to build professional skills, attend networking events, and engage with senior leadership. This is a full-time, paid position requiring 40 hours of work per week on-site.
What you'll do#
- Complete assignments within the Human Resources Data and Analytics team.
- Perform research, handle administrative tasks, and manage correspondence.
- Attend meetings and participate in professional development sessions.
- Engage in teambuilding and networking activities across the bank.
- Gain insight into the financial services industry and basic functions of the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May/June 2029.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site for the duration of the 10-week program.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
- Majors in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Human Resources are preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with additional knowledge in SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau considered a plus.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Birmingham, Alabama, or Hoover, Alabama.
- The internship takes place during the Summer 2027 term.
