About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program designed to help you build technical skills while addressing complex customer problems. You will work in a team environment that simulates a startup accelerator. The program ends with a Challenge Cup competition where you present your work to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop ideas and solutions for pressing, multidimensional customer problems.
- Collaborate with team members to solve challenges.
- Use Booz Allen products and engagement models to complete your project.
- Receive mentorship from senior leaders throughout the summer.
- Participate in the final Challenge Cup competition.
What you'll need#
- Experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining.
- Proficiency in statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis.
- Knowledge of structured and unstructured data sources.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with an expected graduation date in Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
