About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program designed for students to solve complex, multidimensional problems for our customers. You will work in a team environment that mimics a startup accelerator, focusing on a specific challenge project. This program provides an opportunity to build technical skills while receiving mentorship from senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Develop solutions for pressing customer problems.
- Work collaboratively within a team to address project challenges.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from senior leadership.
- Participate in a final Challenge Cup competition where teams present their work to senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining.
- Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages used for data analysis.
- Knowledge of structured and unstructured data sources.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter or Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
