About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program that functions like a startup accelerator. You will join a team to solve complex, multidimensional problems for our customers. Throughout the program, you will work on specific challenge projects, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and use our internal products and engagement models. The summer ends with a final Challenge Cup competition where you present your work to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop solutions for pressing customer problems.
- Work in collaborative teams on challenge projects.
- Build technical skills through hands-on experience.
- Participate in a final competition and presentation to senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or data mining.
- Experience using statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis.
- Knowledge of structured and unstructured data sources.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Currently scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter or Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
