About the role#
Bridgewater Bank is seeking an HR Intern for the Summer 2027 cohort. This full-time, paid internship provides practical corporate experience within a banking environment. You will work alongside employees to apply your academic knowledge to real-world tasks.
What you'll do#
- Participate in banking activities and sit in on department meetings.
- Collaborate with employees on new ideas.
- Manage assigned individual projects.
- Present your project findings to the Cohort and the Operational and Senior Leadership Teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year bachelor degree program in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information.
- Ability to meet deadlines.

- Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota.
- Term: May 25, 2027, to August 20, 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22 per hour.
- Benefits: 2 paid holidays and PTO accrued in compliance with Minnesota law.
