About the role#
Bridgewater Bank is seeking an analytical intern to join our 2027 Summer Intern Cohort. You will work within the Product Management team to support product strategy, research, and operational activities. This role focuses on improving the experience for our commercial and consumer banking clients. You will gain exposure to real-world banking projects and contribute to the success of our organization.
What you'll do#
- Support product managers with research, analysis, and documentation for banking offerings.
- Gather and organize product requirements, process flows, and competitive insights.
- Maintain product documentation, backlogs, roadmaps, and project materials.
- Partner with teams across Treasury Management, Digital Banking, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, adoption patterns, and process gaps.
- Prepare presentations, business cases, training materials, and internal communications.
- Lead individual projects and present your findings to the Intern Cohort and leadership teams.
- Participate in departmental meetings to observe strategic decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Product Management, or Data Analytics.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong interest in banking, financial services, or client experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to synthesize information and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Experience with research, data analysis, or process documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital tools, payments, or treasury management is a plus.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 25, 2027 - August 20, 2027).

- Compensation: $22 per hour.
