About the role#
Bridgewater Bank is seeking a Technology Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, on-site position offers students the chance to apply their academic knowledge to real-world banking projects. You will work directly with our Technology team to gain insight into how a medium-sized organization manages its technical operations.
What you'll do#
- Create reports for the Technology Department across various platforms.
- Manage data integrity projects.
- Handle basic helpdesk service requests using ServiceNow.
- Provide support for Asset Management.
- Perform Quality Assurance testing on multiple applications.
- Complete low impact branch maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate on initiatives and attend departmental meetings to observe strategic decision-making.
- Lead individual projects and present your work to the Intern Cohort and leadership teams.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong reasoning skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confidence in delivering presentations to various audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and the ability to build effective working relationships.
