About the role#
Bridgewater Bank is hiring a Financial Reporting Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, paid position offers students hands-on experience within the Finance department by applying academic knowledge to corporate projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on various initiatives.
- Attend departmental meetings to observe strategic decision-making.
- Lead individual projects throughout the summer.
- Present your work to the Intern Cohort, as well as Operational and Senior Leadership Teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year bachelor degree program in Accounting or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confidence in delivering presentations to different audiences.
- Commitment to accuracy, quality, and professional integrity when handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability.

- Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: May 25, 2027, to August 20, 2027.
- Pay: $22 per hour.
- Benefits: 2 paid holidays and PTO accrued in compliance with Minnesota law.
