About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the financial services industry through the Community Engagement department. You will learn how the bank addresses community needs, partners with nonprofit organizations, and manages philanthropic investments. This is a full-time, paid summer position based in Birmingham, Alabama.
What you'll do#
- Perform research, administrative tasks, and manage correspondence.
- Build dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Assist with loading CRA data into reporting systems.
- Support initiatives focused on corporate philanthropy, volunteerism, and small business development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May/June 2029.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Data Science.
