About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the Science and Diagnostics finance team. You will work on real business projects, gain exposure to senior leadership, and receive mentorship throughout the program. Successful completion of this internship may lead to opportunities in the full-time Mars Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support finance teams in advancing digital agendas by improving analytics capabilities and processes.
- Manage project ownership and communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Drive value through project-based assignments that vary based on business needs.
- Build skills in data storytelling, analysis, and process optimization.
- Help with the adoption and usage of next-generation business technologies.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Status as a student during the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to the work site for the duration of the program.
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
- Personal transportation to and from the work site.
