About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the Science & Diagnostics finance team. You will work on real business projects with exposure to senior leadership. Successful interns may be considered for the Mars Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Help finance teams improve analytics capabilities and digital processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments.
- Build skills in data storytelling, process optimization, and project ownership.
- Communicate with senior leaders and ensure alignment across business functions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- You must be an intern during the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- Ability to relocate to Franklin, Tennessee for the duration of the program.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
- You are responsible for your own transportation to the work site.
