About the role#
This is a paid, year-round internship within the Ingredient Solutions Group at Tyson Foods. You will work on-site at our Springdale office. We look for students who can commit to 40 hours per week during the summer and up to 20 hours per week during the school year. Our goal is to help you build a foundation for your career through hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Participate in monthly close, reporting, forecasting, and annual budgets.
- Support cross-functional leaders to execute real-world work.
- Contribute to projects that help you develop critical finance and accounting skills.
- Engage in company events and initiatives.
- Embody our RIGHT behaviors: Respect, Integrity, Growth, Humility, and Teamwork.
What you'll need#
- You are an incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one year of school remaining.
- You are majoring in Finance or Accounting.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are proficient with computers, specifically Excel.
- You demonstrate reliability, responsiveness to feedback, and strong attention to detail.

- This role is located in Springdale, Arkansas.
- You must live within 60 miles of the facility.
- This is an on-site, full-time internship.
