About the role#
This summer 2026 internship provides hands-on experience in poultry production and live operations. You will gain exposure to the production process and work alongside support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance. Interns are expected to contribute to the team through innovative ideas and value creation. High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time roles within the organization.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various poultry production and live operations roles to understand the full production cycle.
- Collaborate with support teams in Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Apply problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills to daily operations.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to support business objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
- Preference for students pursuing degrees in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A motivated, self-starting attitude and a willingness to learn from others.

- Locations: This role is based in Arkansas, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Priority is given to candidates currently local to these areas.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
