About the role#
This Summer 2026 internship provides hands-on experience within poultry production and live operations. Interns gain exposure to the full production process and support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance. This is a full-time, paid position where interns are expected to contribute through innovative ideas and value creation. Successful performance may lead to opportunities for full-time employment as a Cobb Team Member.
What you'll do#
- Work across various poultry production and live operations positions.
- Engage with operation support teams to understand Safety and Quality Assurance protocols.
- Apply problem-solving skills to contribute to business success.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team or work independently.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
- Preferred field of study in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related agricultural disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn from others.
- Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities.

- Locations: This role is based in facilities across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
