About the role#
The Aviagen Internship Program is a 10-12 week paid summer program for students. You will gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of our business. This role provides exposure to multiple areas of the company, including laboratory work, live production, hatchery operations, and corporate functions like accounting or logistics. You will work on projects with clear objectives and measurements for success while receiving mentorship from industry experts.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or college, preferably at the sophomore level or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Alignment with our company mission, vision, and values.
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of the summer.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship. Housing is provided at no cost.
- Locations: Huntsville, AL; Elkmont, AL; Pikeville, TN; Crossville, TN; Sallisaw, OK; Quitman, GA; Lewisburg, WV.
- Academic Focus: We welcome students from fields including Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Agriculture, Biomedical Sciences, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Environmental Engineering.
