About the role#
The Cobb Summer 2026 Internship provides students with hands-on experience in poultry production and live operations. Interns gain exposure to various parts of the production process, including operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance. This is a paid, full-time, on-site opportunity. Based on performance and business needs, interns may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles.
What you'll do#
- Work across a variety of poultry production and live operations positions.
- Gain practical exposure to Safety and Quality Assurance departments.
- Contribute to business success by providing innovative ideas and creating value.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
- Preference for students studying Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related agricultural fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, coupled with strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A motivated mindset with a desire to learn from others.

- Locations: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2026.
