Cobb Summer 2026 Internship - North Carolina/South Carolina

About the role#

This paid internship provides hands-on experience within poultry production and live operations. Interns gain exposure to core production processes and support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance. You will be expected to contribute to the team through innovative ideas and value creation. High-performing interns may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles upon completion of the program.

What you'll do#

• Work across various poultry production and live operations positions to understand the end-to-end production process.
• Engage with operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Apply problem-solving skills to contribute to business goals and team success.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester remaining.
• Preferred majors include Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related agricultural fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well with others.
• A self-starting attitude and a strong desire to learn.
