About the role#
The Finance and Accounting Intern position in the Ingredient Solutions Group is a year-round, paid internship. You will work on-site at our Springdale, Arkansas office. This role is designed for students who want to build foundational skills in a corporate environment. Our goal is to convert top performing interns into full-time team members after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in monthly close processes, reporting, forecasting, and annual budgets.
- Support cross-functional leaders to complete projects.
- Engage in company events and initiatives to build your professional network.
- Enhance your technical, analytical, and leadership skills through hands-on work.
- Handle ad hoc requests and industry research tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be an incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one year of school remaining.
- A major in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- You should be proficient in Excel and familiar with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others.
Location & details#
- Location: Springdale, Arkansas. You must live within 60 miles of the facility.
- Work schedule: Up to 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Employment status: This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Note: Sponsorship is not available for this role.
