About the role#
This internship offers a 10 to 11 week experience during the summer of 2027. You will work on-site at a manufacturing facility, gaining practical experience with real business projects. The program includes professional development, access to training resources, and mentorship to help you grow your skills.
What you'll do#
- Work directly within a food manufacturing environment.
- Analyze success factors related to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency in food processing or packaging areas.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other team members.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- You will be interning during the summer before your final graduation date.
- You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- You can successfully complete a drug and background screening.
- You have your own reliable transportation to and from the work site.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Positions are located in various sites, including Chattanooga and Cleveland, Tennessee; Waco, Texas; Topeka, Kansas; Yorkville and Burr Ridge, Illinois; Hackettstown, New Jersey; Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania; and Gainesville, Georgia.
