About the role#
The Mars Snacking Supply Chain Internship is a 10 to 11 week summer program. It offers you the chance to work on real business problems and opportunities. You will receive training and development from your first day, including access to internal resources and a formal mentor. The program includes professional and social activities to help you network with peers and senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to Customer Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Work within E2E Planning and Customer Care.
- Engage in tasks related to External Manufacturing and the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
- Participate in company professional and social engagement activities.
What you'll need#
- You must be a student eligible to intern the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- A background in finance or data analytics is required.
- We look for students who have a drive for results and a desire to learn.
- You are responsible for your own transportation to the work site.
- Employment depends on the successful completion of drug and background screenings.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- The program takes place during Summer 2027.
- The work is on-site at our locations in Hackettstown, New Jersey, or Chicago, Illinois.
- Targeted majors include Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data Science, Operations Management, and Business Administration.
