About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to experience our work environment while contributing to operational projects. You will focus on the Grow Out radius process to find ways to simplify workflows and improve efficiency. You will work alongside the Live Operations team to review data, identify bottlenecks, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate the current Grow Out radius process to identify opportunities for simplification.
- Analyze operational data and workflows to spot inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create data-driven improvement recommendations.
- Present your findings and project results to leadership.
- Attend a weekly seminar series held at various company facilities.
- Complete a final 10-minute project presentation during the last week of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program, preferably in Agriculture, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Data Science.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Selbyville, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
