About the role#
This summer internship focuses on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). You will work with the HRIS and Learning & Development teams to support the Oracle Learning initiative. The goal is to improve employee learning and development through technology. You will gain experience with enterprise HR tools and learning management systems while helping with projects that support onboarding and career development.
What you'll do#
- Support the Oracle Learning initiative through system configuration, testing, validation, and documentation.
- Analyze user feedback and business requirements to find ways to improve learning administration.
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and end-user documentation.
- Help with HRIS process improvements to increase data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Complete a 10-minute presentation on your project findings at the end of the program.
- Participate in a weekly seminar series at various facilities and complete mid-program and final evaluations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site internship based in Millsboro, Delaware.
- The term is for Summer 2027.
- Interns must be available to travel to Millsboro for final presentations during the week of August 2-6, 2027.
- This is a paid position.
