About the role#
The Mars Finance Internship is a 10 to 12-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience with business challenges. Interns work within various segments, such as Mars Snacking, Pet Nutrition, Royal Canin, or VCA. This program includes mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities with senior leadership. Successful interns may be considered for the full-time Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support finance teams by using analytics to drive digital goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments.
- Perform data analysis and process optimization.
- Assist with the adoption of new applications and technologies.
- Engage with senior leadership through project visibility.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- You must be a rising senior, interning the summer before your final graduation date.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned office location.
- Successful completion of a drug and background screening.
