About the role#
The Sales Finance Co-op is a full-time, paid position based in Camden, New Jersey. This role supports our finance teams by managing sales data, tracking performance, and assisting with financial planning. You will work directly with customer teams to provide guidance and ensure business objectives are met.
What you'll do#
- Help develop customer sales forecasts and annual operating plans.
- Improve forecasting accuracy to reduce system costs.
- Track and analyze team sales and customer profit compared to the prior year.
- Work with customer teams to manage trade rates by category.
- Review post audits and offer guidance for future projections.
- Support the monthly close process and communicate changes to finance leads.
- Identify business risks, opportunities, and trends to suggest profit improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support customer business needs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- Ability to collect and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- High motivation and a strong interest in working within a team.
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain a high level of competence.
