About the role#
This is a full-time Financial Analyst position with the potential for conversion from an internship. You will work within our commercial and refining teams to support financial reporting and operational analysis.
What you'll do#
- Gather data from multiple sources to support monthly and quarterly performance analysis.
- Create a structured foundation for financial reporting.
- Assist the team in building business plans, expense budgets, and forecasts by updating templates.
- Perform basic variance analysis on commercial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Maintain and develop simple financial models to monitor key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with divisional team members to collect necessary operational and financial information.
- Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Zero to three years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

- Available locations include Findlay, Ohio and San Antonio, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
