About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry. You will work within groups such as Finance Performance and Analysis, Controllers, Tax, Treasury, or Internal Audit. The role focuses on translating business events into financial information used for decision-making. You will work in a collaborative setting to build professional skills and gain insight into the corporate environment.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects that help build your technical and professional skills.
- Participate in coaching conversations with your supervisor.
- Receive support from a mentor to navigate your daily responsibilities.
- Interact with other interns, employees, and functional leaders.
- Gain exposure to systems including Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
- Present your work to senior business leaders and stakeholders at the end of the summer.
- Attend orientation, training, field trips, and seminars to learn about company segments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- Completion of at least 30 hours of college credit.
- A graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Availability for a minimum of ten continuous weeks.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Preferred: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 and at least 6 hours of Accounting coursework.

- Positions are located in Houston, Texas, or Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
