About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the US Marketing organization. You will work on projects related to fuel supply, pricing, and sales activities. The role focuses on building technical and professional skills while contributing to the management of Phillips 66, Conoco, and 76 brands. You will gain exposure to the economics and analysis that drive business decisions.
What you'll do#
- Participate in orientation, training events, and weekly seminars.
- Engage in continuous coaching conversations with your manager.
- Work with an assigned mentor to navigate technical challenges and daily corporate questions.
- Utilize business management tools to optimize and analyze market intelligence.
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans and sales promotions.
- Partner with marketing and consumer research experts on brand and product development.
- Deliver a final presentation to senior business leaders and stakeholders at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Completion of at least 60 college credit hours.
- Expected graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Availability for a minimum of ten continuous weeks.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
