About the role#
We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Co-op to join our Manufacturing Support team in Decorah, Iowa. You will work alongside our engineering staff to support production operations and improve manufacturing efficiency. This is a paid, full-time position available for Winter 2027 or Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Enhance manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support tactical problem-solving and long-term strategic planning.
- Optimize production operations for better efficiency.
- Assist with manual or automated build and test operations.
- Design, create, and implement tools, fixtures, or process solutions.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- You must be actively enrolled through the end of the co-op session.
- You must have earned at least 60 credit hours by the start of the session.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Fusion 360 is preferred.
- Prior experience in continuous improvement processes is preferred.

- This role is located in Decorah, Iowa.
- This is an on-site position. Commuting to the facility is the responsibility of the employee.
