About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer of 2027. You will work on-site in Dallas, Texas, for a 12 to 14 week term. The role follows a 9/80 work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers.
- Gather and assemble data for engineering teams.
- Perform design analysis and calculations with guidance from staff.
- Assist with design details for electro-optical and infrared systems.
- Complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Perform various tasks to learn about engineering methods, programs, and practices.
- Support the mission and values of the organization.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment as an engineering student.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain or maintain an active DOD security clearance.
