About the role#
This is a paid Co-Op/Intern position for the Fall 2026 term. You will support Material Program Management and Integrated Project Teams by assisting with supply-chain coordination, data management, and reporting. This role provides entry-level professional administrative support as you learn about material planning processes and systems.
What you'll do#
- Perform administrative tasks to support functional areas and prepare for career advancement.
- Manage, organize, and update data using database applications.
- Prepare routine reports and draft documents.
- Assist with arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
- Communicate with internal teams and project a professional image through phone and in-person interactions.
- Adhere to safety and operational procedures regarding equipment and materials.
- Learn to use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data-reporting tools like Power BI.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- Currently enrolled as a college student in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active DOD security clearance.
