About the role#
Leonardo DRS is seeking a Finance Intern for our Bridgeton, Missouri facility. This role provides hands-on experience in program finance, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work alongside our finance team to gain exposure to professional financial processes and business operations during the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Support the finance team with entry-level financial analysis and modeling.
- Assist with recurring financial reports and month-end close activities.
- Help with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Research financial variances and identify data discrepancies.
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation for finance projects and management reviews.
- Participate in meetings with mentors and cross-functional partners to learn business operations.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
