    About the role#

    TCOM, L.P. is hiring a Process Engineering Intern for a full-time, paid position in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This is an on-site role for students currently pursuing a degree in engineering. You will work with a mentor and manager to complete specific projects and contribute to our manufacturing efforts.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the manufacturing of high altitude balloons and electronics.
    • Manage assigned projects and provide regular updates to your team.
    • Learn and apply the division quality management system based on ISO standards.
    • Present your work at the end of the internship.
    • Assist in other areas or perform similar tasks as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
    • Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once without close supervision.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify waste.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.
    • Clear communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Flexibility to adapt to different tasks.

    • Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota, USA.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
