About the role#
This internship focuses on building a formal training framework for complex products and operational capabilities. You will gain hands-on experience by developing real-world industrial and technical training programs. The role requires you to approach technical information from the perspective of the learner to ensure content is accessible and effective.
What you'll do#
- Apply instructional design, adult learning, and education principles to organize training content.
- Create clear learning objectives, lesson structures, practical exercises, assessments, and supporting materials.
- Work with technical subject matter experts, operations personnel, and technical documentation teams.
- Identify content gaps and improve the consistency and effectiveness of training.
What you'll need#
- Understanding of curriculum development, learning objectives, lesson planning, and instructional design principles.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable training content.
- Familiarity with adult learning, workforce development, technical education, or industrial training concepts.
- Experience developing presentations, training guides, exercises, assessments, or other educational materials.
- Ability to work with engineers, operators, technical writers, and subject matter experts to organize and refine training content.
