About the role#
As a Business Analyst Intern at TCOM, L.P., you will work on projects within your discipline while collaborating with a mentor and manager. This role requires you to provide regular status updates and deliver a final presentation at the end of your term. You will also participate in company-sponsored training, education seminars, and events while supporting our quality management system in line with ISO standards.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with your manager and mentor to meet internship goals.
- Provide periodic updates to peers and leadership.
- Participate in company events and training sessions.
- Deliver a final internship presentation.
- Support the division quality management system.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without constant supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify waste.
- Capacity to handle confidential information.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and leadership.
- Flexibility to multitask in a professional environment.
