About the role#
This nine-week summer program offers an introduction to the International Private Bank, specifically focusing on clients in Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. You will partner with experienced Private Banking teams to learn the fundamentals of wealth management, including planning, investing, borrowing, and banking. The program begins with a five-day orientation, followed by ongoing training, senior speaker sessions, and market discussions to support your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships.
- Deliver customized solutions to help high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients protect and grow their wealth.
- Work in teams to present strategic financial solutions that help clients reach their goals.
- Develop core skills in client engagement, business generation, and relationship management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a first-year M.B.A. candidate at a U.S. university, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 3 years of prior work experience.
- Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset with the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment.
- High standards for judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- A desire to pursue a career in client relationship building and sales.
