About the role#
The Global Private Bank Investment Solutions Program is a full-time analyst position designed to prepare trainees for a career in wealth management. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training session. Throughout the program, analysts gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning while working alongside investment professionals, bankers, and advisors to develop wealth management solutions.
What you'll do#
- Join incoming analysts from around the world to learn about the firm and its business operations.
- Build technical and professional skills through formal and informal training.
- Hear from senior executives and build global professional networks.
- Conduct research and analysis, utilize proprietary models, and assist with product development and portfolio construction.
- Collaborate with specialists in market strategy, alternative investments, fixed income, equities, FX, and commodities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Currently attending a college or university in the U.S. with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
