About the role#
The 2027 Global Private Bank Investment Solutions Program is a full-time analyst position designed to integrate trainees into the firm's wealth management operations. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training curriculum, followed by ongoing professional development. Analysts work alongside bankers, investment specialists, and wealth advisors to structure investment ideas and deliver customized solutions across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, and alternative investments.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with investment professionals to conduct research, perform analysis, and assist in product development and portfolio construction.
- Participate in a global cohort to learn about firm operations and business practices.
- Engage with senior executives to build professional networks.
- Develop technical and professional skills through formal and informal training.
- Gain exposure to wealth management functions, including lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Currently attending a college or university in the U.S.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This program does not provide employment-based immigration support, including assistance for OPT or CPT.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
