About the role#
The Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) Summer Analyst opportunity is a nine-week internship designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. This program focuses on building investment knowledge and professional skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and guidance from senior leaders. Successful completion of this internship may lead to an offer for the full-time FADP, which includes a 21-month role in the Client Service Center.
What you'll do#
- Learn the fundamentals of working with clients in a service-oriented environment.
- Gain exposure to investment products through in-depth industry training.
- Dedicate time to study for and complete the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
- Engage in group projects and job shadowing opportunities to enhance your business acumen.
What you'll need#
- A well-rounded academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A preferred minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong motivation to provide exceptional client service and a desire to pass the FINRA SIE exam.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment while maintaining the ability to work independently.
- Experience in finance or relevant coursework is considered a plus.
