About the role#
The Corporate Analyst Development Program is a nine-week summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience in one of three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. You will work on meaningful projects that influence real business outcomes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and develop foundational skills valuable across various career paths. This program is ideal for students who enjoy working with data and solving complex problems. High-performing interns may be considered for the full-time program, which involves a two-year rotational experience.
What you'll do#
- Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving.
- Identify risks, solve problems, and adapt as priorities evolve.
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Help implement changes that drive sustainable, measurable impact.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver projects and communicate updates to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, or Finance.
