About the role#
The Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a full-time analyst role designed to build expertise in wealth management. You will join a team of bankers, investment specialists, and lending experts to deliver customized solutions that help clients protect, manage, and grow their wealth. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training session to build technical and professional skills, followed by ongoing formal and informal development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and support existing ones.
- Develop highly customized, comprehensive wealth management solutions.
- Gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
- Network across the firm to discover career opportunities and build professional connections.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting (excluding MBA).
- Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Currently attending a college or university in the U.S.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
