About the role#

The Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a full-time analyst position designed to build expertise in wealth management. You will join a team of bankers, investment specialists, and lending experts to provide customized solutions that help clients protect, manage, and grow their wealth. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training session focused on technical skills, professional development, and networking with senior executives. Throughout the program, you will participate in ongoing formal and informal training to support your career growth.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and support existing relationships.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive, tailored wealth management solutions.
• Gain exposure to core business areas including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
• Network across the firm to explore internal career opportunities and professional development.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (excluding MBA) at a U.S. college or university.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high organizational standards.
• Demonstrated good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
