About the role#
This full-time Analyst position within the Global Private Bank Advisor Program focuses on wealth management for clients across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training session, followed by ongoing formal and informal development opportunities. You will gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning while working with bankers and investment specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
What you'll do#
- Work with teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute financial strategies.
- Collaborate with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis.
- Partner with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to learn about the business and client needs.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and events to grow your professional network.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Political Science.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong desire to work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity.
- Ability to multitask, exercise good judgment, and maintain discretion with confidential information.
