Global Private Bank Advisor Program - LatAm Private Bank - Full-time Analyst

About the role#

The Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a full-time analyst opportunity focused on wealth management for clients across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training curriculum designed to build technical and professional skills while expanding your professional network. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning while working alongside senior bankers and investment specialists.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with teams of bankers, investment specialists, and wealth advisors to understand client needs and develop tailored financial strategies.
• Partner with internal groups, including market strategy and investment teams, to conduct research and analysis.
• Participate in formal and informal training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development events.
• Support the delivery of wealth management solutions to help clients build, preserve, and manage their wealth.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Political Science.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, combined with relevant cultural knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and a desire to work in a client-facing relationship management and sales capacity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
