About the role#
As a PMCF Investment Summer Analyst, you will support our investment banking team by providing analytical and data-driven components for the development of M&A transactions. This role offers exposure to middle-market financial services within a firm that prioritizes professional growth and team collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial modeling, including entering historical financial information, forecasting future periods, and developing assumptions.
- Conduct industry and company research and data analysis.
- Prepare selling document text, including the creation of charts and visuals.
- Assemble, develop, and edit information requests, due diligence lists, confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, proposals, and management presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
- Completion of introductory accounting and finance courses.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Solid technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong financial statement analysis skills combined with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- High degree of initiative, poise, and professional confidentiality.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and drive to succeed.
- Prior accounting or finance internships are preferred.

- Work Modality: Hybrid and on-site. This role may require travel and hours exceeding a standard 40-hour work week.
