About the role#
As a Business Valuation Consultant Intern, you will join our team to provide valuation services to clients. You will work alongside our entry-level staff on real assignments rather than busy work. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Value equity securities, business enterprises, intangible assets, and stock options.
- Interview clients to gather data and information for assignments.
- Research industry value drivers, market information, and competitor data.
- Perform financial modeling, including discounted cash flow and public market multiple analysis.
- Assist in writing valuation reports and communicating conclusions to clients.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This role is based in Southfield, Michigan, or Chicago, Illinois.
- We operate under a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration.
- This position may require work hours exceeding 40 hours per week and occasional travel.
