About the role#
Plante Moran is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Client Experience team for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience with firmwide client feedback programs and data analysis. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support initiatives that improve the client experience.
What you'll do#
- Support the administration and execution of firmwide client feedback and survey programs.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate projects.
- Collect, organize, and analyze client feedback data to identify trends.
- Prepare communications, resources, and instructions for client experience initiatives.
- Support client onboarding and improvement projects.
- Collaborate with partners, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity using CRM and other technology platforms.
- Contribute to project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
What you'll need#
- Completion of three years of study toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A basic understanding of and interest in content marketing and social media.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as a team player.
- A moderate degree of creativity and latitude.

- This role is based in Southfield, Michigan, or Chicago, Illinois.
- The position follows a hybrid, in-person work model.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
