About the role#
This 9-week summer internship program provides hands-on experience within the Corporate Controller organization. Interns join one of several functional groups, including Financial Control, External Reporting Control, Legal Entity Control, Control Management, or Program Management. The program includes industry training and peer mentorship, serving as a pipeline for the full-time Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program.
What you'll do#
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the firm's books and records.
- Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives supported by financial and data-driven insights.
- Design, implement, and execute end-to-end processes supporting U.S. Regulatory Reporting.
- Maintain a strong and consistent control environment across firmwide finance.
- Support initiatives that drive cross-line-of-business or firmwide priorities, including large-scale programs and regulatory changes.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, manage risk, and inform decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Academic focus in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Data Science.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Digital-first mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
- Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in academic or community organizations.
