About the role#
This position is part of the Software Engineer Program, which offers interns the opportunity to build and optimize digital applications that serve millions of users globally. Participants begin with an induction covering technology strategies and products before joining a collaborative team. Throughout the internship, you will gain insights into the work culture through networking events, senior speaker sessions, and peer-mentorship programs. Successful performance may lead to an invitation for a full-time role upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software solutions.
- Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language while following industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders across teams to share ideas, provide feedback, and deliver reliable solutions.
- Leverage approved AI-assisted development tools for tasks such as code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
- Apply automation and modern tooling across the software development life cycle to improve delivery efficiency.
- Develop skills through ongoing training, mentorship, and access to senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or 5th-year Master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Academic focus in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or related fields.
- Proven ability to write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document work and articulate technical concepts.
- Experience or interest in collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems.
- Familiarity with industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
