About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will join our engineering team to work on projects that contribute to our financial platform. We pair you with a dedicated mentor to provide guidance and feedback throughout your internship. You will have the opportunity to attend company events and present your final work to the engineering organization.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with your mentor and manager to define and spec a project.
- Develop and ship your project into production.
- Monitor the deployment of your work.
- Contribute to your team through meaningful, non-isolated tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Computer Science or Computer Engineering program.
- Experience with Python, C, C++, or Java.
- Frontend experience with WebApps, JavaScript, AngularJS, or React.
- Knowledge of object oriented programming.
- Familiarity with deployment and testing frameworks, API development, and AWS or other PaaS frameworks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dedication to improving consumer banking.

- Term: Summer 2027 (12-16 weeks).
- Location: San Francisco, California.
- Work Modality: Remote and on-site options available.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $55.00 per hour or $9,500 per month.
