About the role#
The Investment Banking Summer Associate Program offers an opportunity to work on mergers and acquisitions, along with equity and debt underwriting. You will join a team focused on financial strategy and business structure. This is a paid, full-time summer program for 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage and assist in the execution of investment banking deals and transactions.
- Perform financial and strategic business analysis alongside detailed industry research.
- Contribute to team discussions and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA or J.D. program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Two to three years of prior work experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skill in providing complex financial analysis and developing corporate finance solutions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role.
- Locations include Houston, Texas; Menlo Park, California; and San Francisco, California.
- The base pay rate is 175,000 USD per year.
