About the role#
The Investment Banking Summer Associate Program offers participants exposure to the Institutional Securities Group. Associates work within specific industry or product groups to support firm activities in mergers and acquisitions, along with equity and debt underwriting. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage and assist in the execution of investment banking deals and transactions.
- Perform financial and strategic business analysis.
- Conduct detailed industry research.
- Contribute to team discussions and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA or J.D. program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Two to three years of prior work experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skill in providing complicated financial analysis and developing corporate finance solutions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Positions are located in New York, New York; Houston, Texas; Menlo Park, California; and San Francisco, California.
- This role is on-site.
- The base pay for this role is 175,000 USD per year.
