About the role#
This internship provides support to the Institutional Sales and Service team. You will perform routine operational and administrative activities, including CRM maintenance, portal support, and internal file management. This is a 10-week program running from June 1, 2027, to August 10, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Maintain the client portal framework and support portal inboxes.
- Lead or assist with ongoing portal enhancements.
- Manage Salesforce CRM data and address exceptions as they arise.
- Serve as a technical resource for the team by using available systems to resolve standard and non-standard situations.
- Create and update process documentation and desktop procedures.
- Participate in broader institutional projects.
- Engage in learning sessions, networking events, and professional development.
- Complete a capstone project to present to business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Junior or rising Senior status, working toward a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
- Initiative and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn firm policies, organizational structure, and professional service procedures.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: 28.50 dollars per hour.
