About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the availability and reliability of business application services. You will work within a professional team to gain practical experience, contribute to business projects, and engage in professional development through mentorship and job shadowing.
What you'll do#
- Support the availability and reliability of business application services.
- Contribute to projects and changes that support multiple lines of business.
- Gain practical experience with application testing.
- Participate in job shadowing opportunities.
- Build professional mentor relationships.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university co-op program.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Logistics, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with application support.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- A deep interest in technology and natural curiosity.
- Ability to meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
