About the role#
This is a full-time Logistics Administrator Student position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work within the transportation division to support daily operations and data analysis. This role is open to both co-op and undergraduate students.
What you'll do#
- Support the daily transportation needs of customers.
- Collect and enter market data for comparison and analysis.
- Help improve the profitability of existing customer accounts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track rate changes and capacity fluctuations.
- Update sales requests to meet specific customer requirements.
- Handle data entry and general administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, specifically in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- A willingness to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to adapt to change and work well within a team.
